Puffy Heart Bow Necklace

Beautiful solid 14k gold stamped and Italy stamped. really beautiful piece. Most likely from the 60/70s this piece has the puffy hollow heart with a sweet bow detail on a sweet rectangular paperclip chain. Great to layer too!

MEASURES: Wearable length is 17” and pendent drop is 1.25"
